Every year on Fat Tuesday, IHOP hosts its National Pancake Day Celebration and gives out one free shortstack to each customer, asking only that we consider making a donation in support of local children's hospitals. Since Fat Tuesday fell on Super Tuesday, National Pancake Day was moved to today instead.
I'll be heading over to the Downtown IHOP tonight for a shortstack and hashbrowns. Yes, it's an all-carb dinner, and no, I am not ashamed.
It ends at 10PM, so don't be too late.
